Ordered 2 sample tiles from this company. Got notification that they were shipped Oct. 12. By the 22nd of Oct. I was trying to track the tiles—the tracking number via a trucking company did not exist. I reached out to Parma home—no response. The next day, I reached out to Houzz ( I ordered through them) and finally got a response. I was “told” the manufacturer shipped them to the wrong address and they were returned and in their warehouse. They then “expedited” 2 tile samples via fedex. This time I was able to track the tiles and they arrived Oct 26. Would never recommend this company and just grateful I had Houzz to get them to respond to me and get the tiles shipped.

We ordered a bathroom vanity from Parma Home via Houzz. Firstly, we had to delay our whole project because they vanity did not arrive in time. Then when it did arrive, it came damaged (see pictures). I reached out to Parma Home and they said the manufacturer had some arbitrary deadline of when we can claim for damaged deliveries. Who they source their products from and what their policies are should not be my concern. All in all, we are stuck with a damaged vanity after paying a fair amount!! Horrible experience.

I had purchased this vanity for $959, and a few days after it was delivered, I noticed that the same vanity from the same company was on sale for $757, $200 cheaper. My order was still eligible for return, so I reached out to the company to see if I could get a refund for the difference (as most major retailers would honor the sale price if it is within days of your purchase as the logic stands that you would return the item and purchase it at the sale price). Instead of honoring the sale price, they did not respond to my message till the sale ended (luckily I had captured a screenshot of the sale price). Then after the sale ended, they contacted me saying they don’t price match, I informed them that it was them who had it on sale and explained the whole thought of returning the old one and buying the new one at the sale price. This is where I was really disgusted by the service, they then told me it would cost me $599 to return the item. In today’s retail environment where most return shipping is free. Instead of trying to accommodate the customer, they wanted to gouge me for more money. I will never deal with this shady company ever again and I suggest you stay away. If this is how they treat their customers, I would hate to see what they would do if they product was damaged and defective. Beware!

Amazing service and very professional. Really loved the job the team did, everything was done with the highest detail and took into account my top priorities and needs. Our kitchen looks great as a result, would highly recommend Nofra without hesitation for a project.
