They really take care of their clients. This past December she went so far above and beyond for me, she deserves 10 stars. A client's daughter was getting married on 12/29. Her mother in law passed away about 3 weeks prior. They had not had the formal bridal photo framed and I took over this task for her. Lisa had very little time to complete this due to their vacation closing and the late arrival of the portrait. We ordered the frame based on the file that was sent to me, selecting from the image on my cell phone. When the actual portrait arrived 2 days before they were closing I got it to them. We then needed to change the mat we had selected and they were able to accomodate me. The frame was spot on perfect and the family was thrilled.
