“I decided to stage my house about a week before the listing date. After a few calls to different companies, I got a call back from Revital. Immediately, we connected and put a plan in place. Everything was so easy. I emailed the pictures that showed the challenging layout of the house, and we followed up by briefly discussing a color scheme. They arrived on a Friday and were finished by Saturday afternoon. My photographer came on Monday and the house was on the market the next day. Revital did an awesome job. The end result really reflected their style--detailed and elegant. What I really respected was how they understand today's buyers, and what features in a home will sell that property. When Revital first did a walk through, she asked me to replace a "dated" chandelier. At first I was a little surprised she was so forthright, but I trusted her and was glad I did. The replacement chandelier ended up as the focus piece in the great room and looked fabulous. The best part of this entire experience was that the house had so many views online because of how beautiful it looked, which then resulted in a very successful open house. So successful that we ended up getting an offer, only 10 days after the listing date! My purpose for hiring a staging company was met.
