At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given.
