V & L is modern in its construction practices but old fashioned in its values, these are Quality, urgency, honesty and a care for people both clients and staff which left us extremely grateful to have found them. I would go out of my way to recommend this company. David R

V&L undertook a major renovation (combining two floors into one apartment) of my flat in 2014. They did a lovely job then and dealt well with a major delay caused by a supplier; works were still completed on time. I recently asked them to resolve a collection of problems (stuff breaks!) and this was done quickly and efficiently. Then and now, Victor runs a good operation - he and his team are responsive, polite, always punctual and clean up afterwards. Maybe could do better with the finer finishes, but in my experience (I work for a property developer), this is never a contractor's forte. When these were pointed out, they addressed them straight away.

I was very happy of the work of V&L Construction. They did an excellent job in renovating the kitchen, bathroom and living room plus some minor interventions in the bedrooms. Victor was professional, always very kind and available to talk things through. The costing of the work was very transparent and reasonable. All the work was done with care and the renovation was finished on time. I would definitely recommend V&L Construction!

I was very happy with the quality of work that Linas and team undertook. Communication was clear, minor snags were remedied without any fuss and the team were very friendly. I would happily use V&L again for future projects.

I approached V&L Construction to do extension and loft conversion in Fulham and they exceeded my expectations with quality of work , knowledge and ability to deal with difficult tasks. Works were completed on time as per issued programme. They worked closely with architect , engineer and building control and delivered the project with no issues . Would highly recommend .

Great building contractor, on budget, on time and most importantly great finishes. The boys are always polite and very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to my family and friends and have done great job. They will always have first refusal on my building work.

Victor and his team are one of this rare finds - honest, efficient and professional. My flat was revamped to a high spec within budget and timeframe. The attention to detail by Victor and the professionalism conducted throughout the process made this stress free and I am glad to say actually an enjoyable process. I will always be using Victor from now on and have already been recommending him to friends, happy to be the man with the good contacts :) Toby

I have used the services of Viktor & Linas for over 13 years, on so many different projects. They effectively Project managed residential Flat conversions from start to finish as well as a total refurbishment of a restaurant. They also totally renovated my own Home. I have found their service and workmanship to be excellent and I could not recommend them any higher. They are exemplary in all they do.
