“My wife and I purchased a new spec home from Mitchell & Best and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. The house is amazingly tight, we had a gas line that was damaged during some construction on the street and were without gas for 5 hours. It was below 30 degrees and windy and during the 5 hours the house temp dropped 3 degrees from 72 down to 69. I highly recommend this builder.”

We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions.
