Founded in 1992, we are specialists in major home additions, whole house remodeling and custom homes from tear downs in Bethesda and Chevy Chase, Maryland and NW Washington, DC.
Laurence M. Cafritz, CR, President and Owner of Laurence Cafritz Builders and Legend Construction, Inc., was raised in Bethesda, MD and is a third generation Washingtonian.
A graduate of Sidwell Friends School and Lafayette College (BS Civil Engineering, Cum Laude and Honors), Larry has over 25 years experience building and remodeling hundreds of homes throughout our region. Larry is President of the Custom Builders Council of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) and a member of the MBIA Board of Directors.
