We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. “I started an attached breezeway and two car garage addition this summer with another local contractor. After a couple of days they had the walls up. I am pretty picky about my projects and I was not happy with the quality of their work so I paid them for what they did and let them go. My dad and I had to go back and fix some things before the next step. In the mean time I contacted Andy from Oconnor Builders and he agreed to come out and see where the project was at and see what it was gonna take to finish it. I was worried because we were in a dry spell and we had rain approaching in the next week and i hated to have it get wet before the roof was set. He told me as soon as they finished up the job they were on that they would get right on setting my trusses and tying into the existing house roof. Sure enough they did just what he said and my problem was solved. He even stayed within my budget. I also hired them to set my doors and windows and siding. Any concerns along the way he answered and certain things I requested a certain he gladly did. That meant a lot to me. I would glad recommend any job big or small to use Oconnor Builders.”
