“Handy Hernz did a PHENOMENAL job when I asked them to provide me a quote to demo a wall in my living room. Then when I booked them for the job, they provided amazing insight, and expertise which let to the recommendation of an exposed beam and my wife and I absolutely loved the way it turned out! I highly recommend them, as we know a trustworthy GC is hard to come by, but Sebastian and his partner Gilberto are a class act. “I bought a short sale house and had Blackbirdz, LLC give me an estimate. Their estimate was very detailed and very competitive so I hired them. The house was in terrible condition and they did an outstanding job on everything they did. Since this house was bought as an investment, they made suggestions as to many items they felt would make it more attractive to sell. “Peter is great to work with and very organized. He provided updates on progress and had work authorizations in advance of anything not previously agreed. His work was professional and he resolved all of the issues that inevitably came up to our satisfaction. He has extensive knowledge of his craft, and his subcontractors were all very thorough. Our project came in within the parameters of our budget. Maybe most importantly, even two years after job completion, he is still responsive to questions and did not hesitate to come over to resolve a small issue which he addressed on the spot although it was through no fault of his job, I would highly recommend PJ Contracting. (Our project was full kitchen expansion and replacement, as well as 3 bathroom renovations.)”

“MacMorris Construction Group has completed several projects for us. They are always clean and tidy, making sure to leave a safe and neat worksite overnight. They come when scheduled and remain on schedule. We have used them to redo a bathroom, put up a porch roof, and most recently they completed a large kitchen renovation with an extension. They have taken care of all tiling, subcontract out with trusted workmen for electrical and plumbing work, and have many other professionals with whom they have established relationships (such as building engineers) that they can call for help. They troubleshoot as the project is underway to make sure that we as the customer get the best quality results. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“These guys are true professionals. They know every aspect of roofing, replacement windows, and siding. There is no such thing as shortcuts. “Charlie is very professional. He and his men, replaced our front door and put down hard wood flooring in one of our bedrooms. The work was completed when expected, and they did a great job. They are excellent at cleaning up after their work, and leaving my house in good condition. This is especially important to me because I have a dog. I didn't need to worry about the dog eating anything unusual off of the floor. I highly recommend Charlie and Advanced Builders!”
