“The first project that Chalk Hill did for us was to build me a greenhouse. About four years later Roger designed and built us a guest house on a separate lot. Roger's caring and attention to detail have made the latter a lovely house. Last year I noticed some problems with the fifteen year old guest house and Roger came and rebuilt the deck and had the floors sanded down and refinished due to a tennant leaving circular rings in the wood from not having rubber pads on his chair.”

When 2-A-T Construction came out they listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions that made sense and quote was in ballpark.
