Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. Sent and email over the weekend about replacing a front door, didn't hear back. Called to a voicemail box that was full, only to be sent a text saying "I'm busy right now". Got a text the following day asking if I needed something, said the email on the website was wrong and send to xxx instead. No pleasantries whatsoever - please, thank you, hello, how can I help you. I priced other custom iron doors in the area, even down in Scottsdale (would drive out and install much cheaper), and was told this person has a horrible reputation in the community and is known for shoddy work and price gouging. STAY AWAY.
