“We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”

“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. “Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time.
