KBL Remodeling

Our experience with Brandon and KBL was fantastic. When we started working with him, we had just finished a remodel. The remodel of the fireplace did not go well and we needed to pivot to a new contractor to fix the work. He had to remove all of the stone tiles that were previously installed without damaging any of the built in cabinetry. His demo was flawless while removing stone tile tight to shelving and cabinetry without a scratch. When it was time to put the stone on the fireplace, he took out all of the slabs of stone tile and arranged them so there was an appropriate pattern on the finished fireplace. He took his time. His cuts are clean and true and there are no signs of any cement or any type of adhesive. We were devastated that our fireplace remodel didn't go well. He came in, listened, empathized with what we'd gone through, and put in place a plan to remove all of the prior work and rework it to where we wanted it. When the fireplace was finished we were absolutely thrilled. I would highly recommend KBL.

Great work! We choose KBL Remodeling to refinish our basement. It looked terrific when it was done. We really appreciated Brandon’s attention to detail, extra time and effort to ensure that everything was done correctly. We were so impressed with the quality of his work that we hired him for several more projects. He also refinished our garage, a bathroom and tiled a fireplace. The quality of his work is consistent. We highly recommend him and will use him again ourselves.

I contacted and interviewed a couple of contractors, but their lack of professionalism was discouraging. I reached out to Brandon, the owner of KBL, and after meeting with him and discussing my project I hired him. He understood what I wanted, explained the work in layman’s terms, and I was comfortable with his professionalism and extensive knowledge. I hired him to convert a portion of a guest bedroom into a walk in master closet. Also, to downsize the closet, in the same guest bedroom, in order to create more space. He kept me updated on everything, discussed any necessary changes and if I didn’t understand, since I’m a visual learner, he would patiently show me and explain it to my understanding. Lastly, Brandon is not only a professional in his field of expertise, but he’s a really nice, friendly and personable individual. I have to say that my 5 y.o. grandson was enamored with him. Anyway, I was immensely satisfied with his work and recommended him to family, friends and neighbors. I would hire him again and actually have a couple of projects in mind for my kitchen and family room.

KBL Remodeling just recently finished a project at our house and we were very happy with the completed work. Jack/Jill bathroom complete gut and high end remodel on Cherry Hills Village home.. Very good eye and attention to detail for a very satisfactory finish result using Brandon’s talent as a general contractor and finish carpenter..Honest and reliable with realistic pricing..tile work was extensive so needed real expertise to handle it properly...He did great work..We brought in electrical ,plumbing and drywall as additional labor which Brandon handled the oversight on..complete thumbs up..

Brandon did an amazing job with the renovation of our kitchen! He is extremely detail oriented and does not settle for anything less than perfection. He helped us out every step of the way with making design choices and helping us figure out what would work best for us, keeping our budget in mind. We look forward to working with Brandon on future projects and would highly recommend his work!

KBL Remodeling. Hire them. Brandon (owner) gave us a full quote and a fair price. His company preformed beyond expectations. They remodeled half of our house, turning three 70's bedrooms and two baths baths into a designer bedroom/bath suite, office/guestroom and guest bath. The results, in Hickory hardwood, slate and marble are elegant, beautiful and artistic. I have nothing but good words for KBL/Brandon. They are preparing a bid for the other half of the house (kitchen, dining room, home theater, family room with fireplace). I am confident that the Bid will come in within expectations and the work will exceed.

I live in Aurora and I hired Brandon to replace the windows in my house. He did an amazing job and it made such a difference during the winter and summer in reducing my electric bill. I have also had Brandon do other projects for me including building a fence and fixing the valve to the water shutoff for my house. I love the work Brandon does because he is timely in completing the project, flexible in scheduling, professional in the work he does, and charges a reasonable price. I would recommend KBL Remodeling for any projects to be done in my house. It is an outstanding company with a great owner.

Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.
