“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. Our confidence and commitment to Western was reinforced when our son was searching for a company to build a new structure on an existing residential foundation. Here again Western delivered on time, on budget. Our daughter bought home in Parker, CO and needed the basement to be built out and have several rooms added. once again, on time, on budget. “We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”
