“Excellent customer service. Placed the order by telephone, had instant email confirming order. Regular telephone or e-mail updates regarding dispatch and delivery. Delivery itself was well organised, with a text message to confirm when the item was to be dispatched, followed up with a precise time nearer the date & a call on the day. “I bought Furniture from Chasewood Furniture and was beautifully surprised at the quality of the craftsmanship. Upon running a hand over the surface , i found it to be so sleek and smooth that it took me to another way of thinking when looking at Furniture. I do not think i have seen anything to stunningly well made, it looks as though it was made by the finest hands in the business. The quality surpassed any price tag which it came with. I would be happy to buy all my furniture from Chasewood, and recommend anyone purchase theirs from Chasewood too. “I needed something to fill an unsightly space under my TV. I found Decori on Facebook and as they are quite local to me I popped along to their showroom. Hayley and David were so helpful and very enthusiastic. Having made sure measurements were accurate, they produced my panel. David had taken great care to consider my wooden flooring and so has included rubber cushions on the bottom, it slid perfectly into position and looks fantastic. I'm delighted with it, it sets the right tone for my living room and works very well. I would certainly recommend Decori, great ideas and top class customer service.”
