Excellent customer service. Placed the order by telephone, had instant email confirming order. Regular telephone or e-mail updates regarding dispatch and delivery. Delivery itself was well organised, with a text message to confirm when the item was to be dispatched, followed up with a precise time nearer the date & a call on the day. Really pleased with the quality of the product too. Very happy.
