“Just had my fireplace updated by NW Hearth & Home and LOVE how it turned out. I'm not much of an interior designer, so I asked them for their advice on some of the details. They were very helpful and I appreciated their input on what would look good in my home. It felt like I had my own HGTV crew remodeling my fireplace! I found Dave and his crew to be very professional.They were very clean and tidy during the work and did a great job. What I appreciated the most is that they took care of everything which made it so much easier. They even fixed the drywall after taking down the old fireplace bricks. The only down side was that it took a while for the mantel and some of the fireplace parts to arrive since they were customized. All in all, it was well worth the wait. I can't wait to show off my new fireplace!”

It was absolutely incredible how much she knew about not only fireplace inserts, but construction concepts, codes, and just an overall vision of how the job should go. When Scott came out to our house to verify what we had talked about, we could tell we were in good hands. He discussed a couple options we could do to customize the look of our fireplace and showed us how everything would go in. They put us on the schedule right there on the spot.
