“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“Lenny installed our porch and deck back in 2018. This was a new build house, his insight and expertise was greatly needed and helpful. He’s a contractor that cares deeply about his workmanship and quality as well as thinking about what is best for the homeowner. He’s friendly, professional and also shows up when he says he will be there (which was a real challenge with a number of subs). 5 years later and our deck looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier we chose LFI.”

“We purchased a home to downsize to and it was a total remodel. We consulted with HR Construction and Design when we knew this was over our heads. I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“We needed a lot done to get our home on the market: redoing an exterior deck wall, interior and exterior painting, a new fan installed over 2 storey studio space. They were good about communicating where they discovered problems (rot inside deck walls), coming up with creative and attractive (and economical) solutions, accurate cost estimates. Their employees are exemplary- decent, friendly, talented, & timely! Even though we had to spend a bit more to totally rebuild both deck walls- I am sure that the way they have done it- there will be no further problems! They even worked to realize an idea my husband had for making the underdeck storage area more attractiveand accessible. My house is on the market, and we are getting rave reviews. We're so happy- we've hired them to build our new house! (I have a photo-- but don't know how to include it!)”

“We hired Jill to assist with the remodel of our kitchen and master bath. Jill provided very good ideas for layout, color, surfaces and fixtures. She provided CAD drawings and renderings so we could visualize the final product prior to implementing any of the improvements. She encouraged us to stay with a plan and features that were ‘traditional and timeless’ but provided a fresh up-to-date look. Jill also helped us with selecting furniture by measuring our space, prepared layout drawings and pre-selected pieces for us to preview. Jill was thorough, made recommendations based on our style, but also encouraged us to go outside our comfort zone to liven up our space with color and texture. She was conscience of our budget and made recommendations for surfaces and fixtures that provided the look we wanted at reasonable prices. Her rates are reasonable, and she has a network of highly qualified contractors to recommend as well.”
