“Today’s Entry Doors did a superb job installing our entry door and window. They were very helpful walking us through the decision making process of selecting an appropriate door, window and hardware for our house and our budget. During the installation of the door they discovered some oddities concerning the framing of the house that did cause some problems but they adjusted quickly and professionally. Their installer explained the situation and the solution to us very clearly and then returned the following day with the needed materials to finish the job. The dutch door has been a wonderful addition to the home. The retractable screen has worked flawlessly and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We love our front door and we enjoyed the process of working with their entire crew.”

They do have good products and very good quality wood they are using on their doors. I just picked up a new closet door from my daughter's bedroom and we both love it! “Hello Patrick, Met with Scott last Friday to see the doors and transom and wanted to let you know they turned out awesome. Scott is going to put in the Low-E, Impact resistant glass and install all next week. Will send you a picture once they are installed. I have to tell you Scott (Sarasota Glass) originally was very skeptical of the doors as he also sells iron doors but his doors are considerably higher in cost. “I needed to upgrade the closet doors in my home and compared Interior Door and Closet Company (ID&CC) to a competitor after receiving both of their fliers in the mail. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”

“Mike is the door guy! From day one, he was super helpful and attentive to all of my request and needs. We ordered a double entry door with hardware and are super thrilled. These doors were ordered for my parent's house and they can not stop looking at it! It definitely put the finishing touches on their remodel. One criticism about this company is that they do not do door installation, but Mike does recommend a contractor that he works closely with.”

“We were looking for a folding door solution to expand access and openess to our patio, rather than the traditional sliding glass doors we had, which were very heavy. Having looked at several solutions, including acordian doors systems, we demo'd the folding door system, manufactured by Panoramic Doors, and sold by the Folding Door store. Brad and Paul were patient with us and we walked thru the options (sizes, material, finish) and pricing. Our installation was a re-model and had an extra degree of difficulty, since the existing frame for the old sliding door system was 25 years old and would require cutting and patching to look integrated and provide a solid foundation. The preliminary work Brad did fully prepared Todd, the installer. who did an amazing job. The system looks like it was built for the house from scratch. Install took just a day and the installed product is amazing! It is like we gained a whole extra room, as the folding system totally opens to the patio. It is easy to open and close, looks architectually lovely and is solid and secure. We could not be more pleased with the final product!”

“Fantastic service, including design. Helpful with coaching me through the installation. No damage from shipment, easy to install, and after two years, still works very well. The system was installed in Wisconsin where the winters are harsh. Visitors to our house are amazed by the product. Only "miss" on the project was color coordination of the screen system with the door system. The door system was stained dark on the inside, but the metal housing for the screen was painted to match the outside of the door system. I think the spec should be updated to make the customer consider this.”

“I have been in the business of building high-end homes for the past 35 years. I have to admit that it was a pleasure working with Arnaud ( the salesperson for Bieber ). The house we worked on was around 14,000 square feet in Atherton, CA. Needless to say that the windows and doors package was a substantial number. The windows and doors, that we received, are well built and operate well all the time. I will certainly consider them on my next large project.”

“George was referred to me by an attorney friend who had also had great service. I texted George a few photos of the broken spring on my roll up garage door. He called me back with a couple questions and a gave me a price. Sounded great to me so he set me up with an appointment the very next day at 3 pm. On time, George greeted me with a smile and some pleasant chit-chat. Didn't seem to slow George down, he got right to work and was done quickly. Seeing the prior install was done poorly, George told me he was going to add a bracket and double up the spring support for the safety and smoother operation. Boy, it did. So happy with my smooth garage door. Can't wait to see him in an upcoming HGTV show. Thanks George!”
