Bieber Doors and Windows are a great product - heavy, sturdy, secure. The multi lock system is very intricate and will make you fell very comfortable in your own home. Arnaud and his team at Bieber have been on board with us for a long time as our project entailed 80 Bieber Doors and Windows. His team both here and over seas were on top of everything immediately and throughout the duration of the project. They are very knowledgeable about their product. Bieber had been contracted with us in 2013 and were very patients with out designer and clients as changes were made. When the door and windows arrived they were prompt at installing them as we needed them, quick and efficient. Through out the remainder of the project Arnaud and his team were on site when needed to do any adjusting, and assist the contractor, clients and designers with knowledge of the system. The were very easy to work with and very responsive when they were needed. We look forward to working with Arnaud and all of Biebers team again very soon!! I have been in the business of building high-end homes for the past 35 years. I have to admit that it was a pleasure working with Arnaud ( the salesperson for Bieber ). The house we worked on was around 14,000 square feet in Atherton, CA. Needless to say that the windows and doors package was a substantial number. The windows and doors, that we received, are well built and operate well all the time. I will certainly consider them on my next large project.
