“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“We have recently completed a single-story extension with a new kitchen/diner, utility room and bathroom with B&P. As part of the build, we also refurbished the ground floor of our property and used B&P’s appointed contractors for all plumbing, electrics and tile finishes. Nev was our site manager, he was brilliant from start to finish, ensuring we stayed on track, providing expert guidance and always keeping us well informed as the project developed. “We asked James from the Bath Kitchen Company to help us design and install a new bespoke kitchen that would compliment our Georgian property. From the outset James gave practical advice and made helpful design ideas that made the process painless and set the direction for the project. We were working with a restricted budget and the new kitchen was a part of a major refurbishment on the ground floor of the house. James helped to steer us towards design and build choices that were cost effective whilst helping us solve problems that radically redesigned the room to become a great family space The outcome was a kitchen that we are very pleased with, is well designed and made, practical yet stylish and sits well in the redesigned and refurbished space. James kitchen fitter, Ben, was also a pleasure to have in the house and did an excellent job with the installation by fitting the kitchen into the available space perfectly. To say we are pleased with the kitchen is an understatement as the finished kitchen more than exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend James and Bath Kitchen company.”

リノベーションとは
