Austen Dawson are a family run building contractor specialising in all aspects of building, construction, design and build, as well as project management services. From our offices set in the heart of the Cotswolds, we work with domestic clients every step of the way to elevate their new or existing space to the next level. We specialise in property extension and renovation projects working in collaboration with high-end local architects or on a completely design and build bases.

The Austen Dawson team come highly recommended by a neighbour who had used them and they didn’t disappoint. From our initial meeting with Brad, to working with a recommended architect to draw up our plans, liaising with lovely Mel in the office and having a team of highly skilled, respectful and friendly tradesmen transforming our home into our dream living space all ensured the quality of work and customer service was outstanding. We had a few unforeseen issues which happens but it is the peace of mind in knowing that these will be sorted in the way you hope they will be as a customer that sets Austen Dawson apart. Plus they dealt with all of the required paperwork with Cotswold Borough Council which is a big bonus. We love our new space and would highly recommend the Austen Dawson team.

Totally recommend Austen Dawson. Very professional helpful all the trades people that were on site very professional friendly helpful and at the end of each day they tidied up after themselves you never knew they’d been on site. They were able to do everything including drawing the plans dealing with planning department which was a big help . Unfortunately our start date kept being put back to due to Covid but once they we got our start date it was all systems go and everything completed within the time scale quoted Everything was done to a high standard

Absolutely superb and professional company. From the initial meeting, to the final tidy up of site. All of the staff were extremely friendly and highly skilled in their individual professions. Additional requests were accommodated without hesitation and the frequent site visits from the director gave solid confidence and trust in attention to detail from Austen Dawson. The results of our project are faultless and I can very highly recommend Austen Dawson.
