They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. “Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. “We needed someone to come in to correct a large two-story addition to our home that was built completely improperly by a previous contractor. The original work done was so bad that it had also affected major parts of the original home, created major water leakage, etc. Our home was in distress and my wife was pregnant with our second child. We were desperate and our backs were against the wall. The work done by Oz and his team was immaculate. Not only did he come in and give an incredibly fair and comprehensive quote (i.e. he did NOT take advantage of us financially from the beginning, and he could have), but he went over and above what he included in the quote, and just did what was necessary as he uncovered 'hidden issues' from the previous contractor, and he didn't charge us extra for them. When we asked for a change that we wanted to the scope, he always tried his utmost to do the best for us in terms of cost and time. This guy literally saved our butts when we needed someone the most, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars. Beyond all of that, the greatest compliment I can give him (and the reason anyone who is considering using him should do it rather than using anyone else), is this guy is honorable. Its in his character, and he puts that before money. He is a consummate professional with incredible knowledge and experience, and an absolutely impeccable conscience. In fact, when he first came onto the job site in our home, he refused to touch or do anything or accept any money from us for the work, until we had assured that there was no mold and everything was remediated completely, as he told us that 'he would never expose his guys to that danger, and it would be just as dangerous for us, especially for a pregnant woman'. When we were in a very tough situation, he stepped up and took ownership and control of the problems someone else had caused (a difficult and risky proposition), and he just fixed everything for us. I think you would be extremely hard-pressed to find any other contractor with the body of knowledge, experience and character as this man has, and I will never forget what he did for me and my family. Everyone knows that building/remodeling projects can be stressful and painful. Do your future self a favor and use him. When you look back at your project, you will be glad you did.”

“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. “they did a great job on our room addition. The quality of work was excellent, the workers are punctual, hard-working, respectful, and efficient. Our new room is beautiful! I did wish that the project manager updated us more often, but the company is very responsive when this concern was raised. The custom-built bookshelves are beautfiul, and the stone work on our atrium makes it look like a piece of art. Tom was very enthusiastic, with a lot of good ideas. Roberto and Belin were great foremen. Victor was a pleasure to work with!”

“I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.”

“Kitchen remodeling, master bathroom remodeling, hardwood floors, tile floors, windows and doors, roof, electrical....complete renovation. Fine Builders were recommended to me from friends that used their services. Nir Gozlan, the owner, worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy with the results. I did meet with a few contractors but Nir was patient and understood our needs, kept within our budget. We met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything was clear on both sides. It is a big project for me and my husband. The project just started. We are remodeling out entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel. I will update my review after the company will finish our project. We are very excited and we are happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.”
