“We previously worked with Granitech about 10 years ago to install granite kitchen countertops. Based on our positive experience, we contracted with them again to remodel our master bathroom. We were so pleased with the outcome during the project that we also replaced a tile guest bathroom floor and tile kitchen backsplash. The master bath project took about two weeks. The Granitech team was prompt, professional, courteous, hard working, diligent and experts in their work. They were just plain enjoyable to work with. The designer, Jennifer, was creative and energetic and her attention to details made all the difference in the world. We are so pleased with all our recent projects--absolutely beautiful work. We will definitely call Granitech next time we undertake renovations.”

“My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“We've used Anderson Design + Build twice now and plan to use them again. They completed a custom flagstone patio for us 2 years ago complete with matching bench seating, lighting and fire pit. We liked it so much, we hired them again to build a matching built-in bbq. All of which continues to receive glowing compliments. The owner Rob is honest, his prices fair, and his crews work hard. Only complaint is it can take a while to get estimates during busy times of year - so plan accordingly (If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have). We recommend them to friends and neighbors and feel good about doing so on here again.”

“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. Think about that for a moment, not push back, not an attempt to avoid extra work by saying there is no issue. Instead, reassurance that they are holding themselves to a standard that is higher than your own. Simply put, that never happens. Yet with Synergy it is just the way they work. When their level of craftsmanship (which is nothing short of uniformly excellent) is married with Synergy's ability to design and deliver breathtaking spaces, the result redefines what renovating can and should be. “Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. “After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

リノベーションとは
