They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. One of my favourite touches is the drawer fronts in my new larder cupboard - he cut them out of one piece of oak so the grain runs across all six fronts. Gorgeous!
