Excellent service from initial consultation with Sarah right through to installation. Very responsive and friendly team, who were a pleasure to deal with all through. Installation 100% smooth - fitter Mark arrived on time every day, worked solidly and left the bedrooms spotless. The quality of the wardrobes, design and fitting is superb. We cannot fault anything and would definitely recommend Neatsmith to anyone.

We spent some time with Zaynah at the Hampton Hill branch deciding the internal and external finish for 2 x fitted wardrobes and the guidance was very helpful. A fabulous service, from the very start Samantha was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product, we had four bedrooms and an office fitted with Neatsmith, the whole experience was made very easy, all appointments were kept, fitters were fantastic, we are really happy with our wonderful wardrobes and new office. My husband and I got a fitted his/hers wardrobe (aluminium frame, grey mirror aria sliding doors, anthracite coloured internals, and white matt lacquer externals) from Neatsmith. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the wardrobe. We are also very happy with the service we got from Neatsmith. Everyone we came in contact with from the company was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Samantha who we had our consultation(s) with was very helpful as we made our choices (for internals, handles, etc). She was also very patient with us when we made changes to our design. Her design illustration was spot on. Katie, the logistics manager was also great to work with. There was an appointment cancellation from another client and Katie contacted us right away. So we were able to get our wardrobes sooner than expected. The fitter, Linas was very professional and did such a fine job. We LOVE our wardrobe and highly recommend Neatsmith for the quality of their work and the impeccable service.

Neatsmith was a excellent choice from start to finish. The showroom was amazing with a excellent choice of different styles and products. Sarah (in the Teddington store) was fantastic, she listened to us in the showroom and came up with exactly what we wanted even though at the time we didn't know want we wanted when we entered the store!!!! The installation of our wardrobes were done with professionalism and care. Now we have these beautiful bespoke wardrobes in our 2 bedrooms that we can honestly say that we're very happy... We just finished a high-end complete refurbishment on a Penthouse in Swiss Cottage and we used Neatsmith for all the bespoke wardrobes. As usual they provide a hassle free service: great design, great communications, great quality, in time and not at last on the budget !!! Our experience with Neatsmith has been outstanding. From the moment we stepped into the stunning showroom we were given undivided attention in designing 3 dressing rooms and a cloakroom. All the subsequent plans were printed and emailed very efficiently - any change we made was immediately amended and updated. Both Josephine and Roberta were charming and so accommodating to our needs. The fitters were amazing - highly skilled, tidy, and worked really hard completing everything in a week. The end products are stunning. Everybody compliments the rooms without fail and we all absolutely love the end product. I can sum Neatsmith up in one word - professional. They were a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate recommending them - and I would certainly never use anyone else.
