“Ron Couch owns Dynasty Developments. He is an Architect and General Contractor. He took an 870 square ft home built in the early 50s and transformed it into an extremely functional and inviting home. We added approximately 1100 sq feet. The curb appeal of the design won a city award for "beautiful" home. Our friends and family love the design. Now 23 years later and a bit more grey around the edges, Ron is back redesigning our kitchen (which has held up over time and we raised three boys in this home.). If you're looking to remodel a bathroom or the entire home. give Dynasty Developments an opportunity to transform your project.”

Founders Erla and Tryggvi were deeply involved in every step of the process, from initial design, to permitting, to all the build details through final completion. They listened to us, understood what we wanted in a house, then went on to deliver beyond our expectations. Both are highly creative, energetic and a pleasure work with. For our home, they created spaces for truly comfortable living while still maintaining a clean, modern and minimal aesthetic. “Tom was the architect and Jeff handled the construction of a second floor addition and a pool house. The work and design were excellent. Tom completed work in a timely manner and took into consideration my wants and desires. Jeff's work was excellent but his time management was suspect. They both were a joy to work with but completion was a frustration. I would hire both of them again but hold Jeff to greater time expectations.”

“We started with a nice house in the Hollywood Hills then GLYNN made it shine; GLYNNdesign was stellar! Their taste, advice, and counsel are second-to-none. If you want a job done well, not some Home Depot-like spit and shine, consult then hire this talented team!
