I've been working with Jeff for over a decade now. He's done a deck, a guest house, an ADU, and a main house remodel for us. I think his family has worked on more than half the houses on our street. I love his crew and team. They've gone above and beyond to make sure all the details are right. Our house is over 60 years old and was showing its age. We had no idea what was lurking behind the drywall. Jeff came through and fixed a ton of structural issues, ranging from termite-eaten wood through improper structural connections. He straightened our crooked walls and leveled our old floors. He fixed old scary electrical that we exposed and is reviving a beautiful hardwood floor discovered underneath old carpet. Jeff excels at "old house" projects where the job needs flexibility and a carpenter's eye. He has a tremendous ability to adapt to the random things found in old houses (old gravity furnace venting, a partial old roof sitting on the bathroom, ancient electrical connections, termite damage) and to quickly fix structural issues. When old walls were out of plumb (not his fault, it's an old house) he has a bag of tricks to fix them that the end result looks like a new custom home. He's definitely the most practical and solution-oriented contractor I've worked with.

My family and I have used Jeff Nott and his team for a few projects between two houses in South Pasadena, one very large complete remodel and a couple smaller ones (bathroom remodel and several indoor touch-ups). We have been very pleased with the results of their work. The team members have been with him for many years, and are trustworthy craftsmen and artisans. They will certainly not provide the lowest bid, but the workmanship is impeccable and the price was fair. Jeff was always available by phone or email, and checked in regularly on all the projects. The complete remodel presented a number of unique and difficult logistical issues, and Jeff was patient and helpful throughout the process. The designs were beautiful and carefully considered, and the work took a reasonable amount of time given the special circumstances. Permits were shockingly quick and painless (especially givean the city's notoriously slow and obtrusive board). We would definitely use his team again for any significant future work.

Saying “Thank You” is truly not enough to express my gratitude for what Tom Nott, A.I.A. has done for me. During the course of my residential design, Tom Nott kept me well informed on any changes in status and worked intelligently to design my addition. I was especially blown away by his passion and expertise. Not only do I recommend Tom Nott for these reasons but also because, it is always satisfying to watch your family enjoy the design as it grows! Tom Nott is a very caring individual whose inner strength is much to be admired. If I had 10 thumbs I’d put them all up for Tom Nott and his talented architectural design team !!

The main 8 x 14 beams supporting my house on pillars rotted. Nott jacked up the house, removed the rotted beams, put in new beams, on schedule, and there was no cracking of sheet rock. He did a great job at a fair price. He also replaced my balconies with Treks. I strongly recommend his organization.

I hired Jeff Nott of Nott and Associates to remodel our master bathroom. His design suggestions were excellent. His knowledge of historical architecture was really impressive. He made suggestions that kept with the historical significance and design of the house. I could tell that Jeff and his team really care about their work. The job was on schedule and on budget. The only changes to the budget were changes we initiated. I feel we were charged a fair price for the additional work. I would have no hesitation recommending Nott and Associates to any of my neighbors. Thanks Damion

We used Nott and Associates for a remodel of our home in ‘Pasadena’. I was very impressed with how the project proceeded. We really appreciated Jeff’s attention to detail. Jeff communicated with us every step of the way as far as our options in materials and how it would affect the overall budget. Jeff’s and his sub-contractors hard work and ideas gave us exactly what we wanted when the project was finished. We were very happy with the end result. After the project he is still available with any questions we have. I feel very comfortable recommending Nott and Associates for any residential remodel in the Pasadena area.”

My family recently used Jeff Nott of Nott Construction for a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. It was a nightmare experience and I would NOT recommend his services to anyone. He took $75,000 up front and then delayed work for months. Once construction finally began, the pace was painstakingly slow. In addition, he failed to put the money given to him toward our project. His employees and subcontractors were not being paid and we ended up having to pay them directly out of our pockets because he couldn't come up with the money we had given him. He had little to no supervision of the project and consequently many expensive mistakes were made. Jeff estimated 3 months to complete the job and it ended up taking 10 months. My family was without a kitchen for 7 of those months.

Our experience with Tom and Jeff Nott has been the opposite of the common assumptions regarding home construction and contractors. They have been a delight to work with and, more importantly, have demonstrated talent and integrity. Tom significantly improved the exterior appeal of our home with a beautifully designed Palladian style loge and front entry and Jeff handled its construction, along with major corrections to defects created during original construction by another builder. We have since used Jeff for other smaller projects and always have found his work to be excellent.

I hired Jeff Nott to remodel my kitchen and bath. The design was excellent and in keeping with the character of the house. He helped us choose appropriate materials and products. The workmanship was excellent and the crew very professional. The project was completed in one month. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend Nott Construction to others looking for good service and exceptional work.

I have had wonderful experiences working with Nott and Associates! Tom Nott has a wealth of experience in the design and architectural field and he can get the plans submitted to the City in a timely fashion which saves time and money. Also, Tom understands construction and makes sure that the house that he designs is functional and is structurally sound. Finally, it is a great benefit to have Jeff Nott give a bid for the General Contracting work which saves time and allows you to get his input on the cost of construction.

Tom designed our entire house in Arts & Crafts style. He is the MAIN MAN for craftsman style in these parts. I would go with no other and didn't. He's very professional and saw it through. Knows the city very very well as well. He continues the legacy of Greene and Greene. People ask if our house is original all the time. But it is new. Nott & Assoc. is the only group to use if you don't want to worry about things.

コメント：Love the garage doors. Who is the manufacturer and model?They where custom made of clear Douglas Fir by Trifuno Garage doors. They are not an off the shelf item. I woudl contact a local door and window company to have them custom milled
