“Last Spring we had the exterior of our rather large Victorian house renovated and redecorated by Alresford Design and Build. We have no technical building knowledge and so relied on Garry and Josh to observe and recommend actions on our behalf. We were invited to inspect any area in question and the alternative actions were clearly and objectively laid out. The end product is (one year on) excellent and we feel that was money well spent. The combination of genuine niceness, expertise, attention to detail and understanding made the whole disruptive process easily bearable. Soon after the work was finished, someone who lives in a nearby street called on us to compliment on the look of the property and asked for the paint colour! “I was lucky enough to meet Richard Woods when he was the Chartered Surveyor appointed by my home insurers to oversee the £300,000 + rebuilding of Watermeadow Farm - my Grade II listed Medieval Hall House following a fire in 1998..
