Al was an integral part of the team through every phase of the project from pre-construction design, construction management, and final inspections. “Brandon helped us by rendering plans from our drawing in a 3-d model so we could scrutinize our design. We had spent many months working with our local draftsman and while he brought our plans to life, Brandon allowed us to really see it. We were very pleased with his work and how fast he delivered. “My partner and I hired Felicia to architect and design a major remodel of our 1950s mid-century home and have been incredibly happy with the outcome ever since. Throughout the project Felicia impressed us with her design/style/creativity, attention to detail and tenacious pursuit of perfection, and fundamental capability as an architect. This was our first major renovation project, and Felicia walked us through the various stages of the project and what to expect at each stage up-front, from schematic design and design development, on through construction bids, permits, construction documents, materials selection and ordering, and finally through the construction process itself. She was on-site most days overseeing the construction details, and built a great partnership with a local contractor of ours who'd been recommended by friends in the area. As a visual person who spent lots of time clipping/pinning photos of spaces I loved on Houzz and other sites before starting our project, one aspect of Felicia's work we really appreciated was the amount of time she spent using 3D drafting and modeling software to help us visualize what spaces would actually look/feel like in 3D color (providing lots of different options and making subsequent tweaks upon request), and then visiting numerous local and online businesses to help us select the perfect finishes within our budget. Felicia definitely put her heart into our project, and it shows in the results. Our project was a whole house renovation (2700sqft, down to the studs) - we're very happy with how the home turned out, Felicia's fee was reasonable, and we'd certainly work with her again on another project large or small.”
