“Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. 建築家とは、建築物（住宅）やその周りの空間（外構）を、法律を遵守した形で設計する専門家です。建築物の外観、内部構造、機能性、美学を考慮し、クライアントの要望を実現します。また、実際に工事がはじまると、図面どおりに建築されているかなど、施工の監督管理も行います。
建築士は国家資格で、建築士試験に合格して登録した人が名乗ることができます。一級建築士、二級建築士、木造建築士の3種類があります。一方、建築家は特に資格はなく、「建築や設計に携わっている人」として自称できます。
建築家の料金はプロジェクトの規模や複雑さによって異なります。通常、建設予算の一定の割合（通常は10〜20％）が建築家の料金として考えられます。
プロジェクトの規模や複雑さにより異なりますが、一般的には数週間から数ヶ月かかります。複雑なプロジェクトはさらに時間がかかることがあります。
設計変更は可能ですが、タイミングや変更の内容によって追加料金が発生することがあります。変更が計画初期に行われることが理想的です。

「建築家」と「建築士」は別の意味として区別されることが多いようです。では、その違いは何でしょう？

建築士は、一級建築士、二級建築士および木造建築士に分類されます。これらは国土交通省が制定した国家資格の名称で、各資格により設計・監理できる建物の規模や種類が異なります。試験に受かった人に与えられる資格であるため、例えば工務店やハウスメーカーに勤務する人、さらには建築家として活躍する人の中にも、建築士の資格を有する人は存在します。
