Shinz came on to help us with the renovation of this site back in 2015. They were very easy to work with and did an overall amazing job from the design, planning, all the way to completion. This is a listed building and was derelict when we took on this project, so their ability to communicate well with our contractors and local authorities was highly appreciated and we couldn't be more happy with the end result.

Shinz, in particular Yihyi and her team, have done a fantastic job securing planning permission for converting an old and derelict Grade II listed building into a lovely and modern office from the inside. They fulfilled every aspect of the brief, and maintaining the character of the listed building. They were always available, and have shown creativity as well as pragmatism, at times, when encountering certain problem solving challenges. Yihyi and her team took control of every stage; we were always kept up-to-date with progress, and thus, delivered to our envisaged budget and expectations. I chose Shinz Design Consultancy after interviewing 5 different individual and companies to remodel my two bedroom flat in West London. I selected Shinz and I could not have been happier, all decisions made were in consultation with me at every stage of the design process and we came up with a final design which I was then and am still very happy with. We utilised all the space of my small London Flat to give me an office area, utility room, bathroom with shower and bath and a kitchen with a 90cm hob and oven. Shinz also submitted all the plans to the local authorities and dealt with any questions arising from that. I still live in the flat Shinz helped remodel and I still get very complementary comments from first time visitors to my flat nearly 7 years after remodel.
