“With his international background from both Italy, Venezuela and modern Shanghai; Belfiore fully understood our brief as we tried to incorporate our experiences from when we were living in Spain, Egypt and Brazil. 建築家の料金はプロジェクトの規模や複雑さによって異なります。通常、建設予算の一定の割合（通常は10〜20％）が建築家の料金として考えられます。
プロジェクトの規模や複雑さにより異なりますが、一般的には数週間から数ヶ月かかります。複雑なプロジェクトはさらに時間がかかることがあります。

「建築家」と「建築士」は別の意味として区別されることが多いようです。では、その違いは何でしょう？
