“We engaged Frank Venning with SVW, LLC to design our vacation home in Montana, and it was a wonderful experience! Our family wanted a home that was beautiful, comfortable, and that would incorporate the different views of the mountains in all directions, and fit into the spectacular surroundings and landscape. Frank designed a home for us that far surpassed our expectations, as his plan was creative, utilized beautiful natural materials, and was detailed down to the last trim detail and selected interior elevations that "made" the house. His understanding of the Adirondack style and his oversight at various intervals of construction reflected his professionalism, and resulted in a home that is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. There were other factors where we valued the professionalism that SVW,LLC could provide, in that the home is located in an earthquake zone (near Yellowstone), which required extra engineering and special considerations in construction design that is particular to this area of the country. The plans were completed in a timely manner, and the entire design and construction of the project was within budget. The home Frank Venning designed for us is a joy to live in and the perfect place to enjoy the views of the mountains and spectacular landscape.”
