坪単価だけで新築にかかる費用を計算できる？


坪単価がわかれば、Dunwoody, GAの家を建てるのにかかる大体の費用がわかると思うかもしれませんが、これは建物の本体価格を、想定される延床面積で割った数値でしかありません。実際は、その地域や敷地の条件などで異なる、別途工事費や諸費用がさらに上乗せさることになります。
