“Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.”

We'd worked with another architect but hadn't gotten a design we liked, so we started from scratch and sketched a floor plan ourselves. We even made a cardboard model to show the modern style we had in mind. But we wanted a good architect to give the design the polish it needed. Bill and Jess were recommended to us by a friend of our son. “My project for this firm was to update and modernize a 1950's tiny (750 sq. ft.) bungalow that I bought in anticipation of retirement and downsizing. It had not been remodeled since it was built, and, while solid, needed lots of work. I wanted a more open feel (but without moving a lot of walls, to keep costs down), a larger bathroom, and lots of built in storage. This was a complete remodel--all new everything (including plumbing and wiring), so I knew the basics alone would not be cheap. LeMaster Architects helped me with all phases of this project, from generating ideas to a very well thought out final plan to materials selection. While they had lots of very good ideas of their own they were also completely willing to listen to mine, and incorporate them where feasible. They met all deadlines, were available whenever I had questions, and my contractor told me they were the best architects he had ever worked with. I have been living in the house for 5 years now and I have yet to find anything I wish I had done differently. And I know this is because I had such a great contractor, and such great architects.”
