After years of trying to decide what to do with our living room, and getting nowhere, we took a massive step outside our comfort zone and asked for help. We approached Flippa Interiors after seeing the amazing work they had done refreshing a friends office space. Philipa and her team were professional and friendly and took the time to understand what we were looking for. It was the first time we had put our trust in someone to redesign any of our home spaces and let me say, we totally made the right choice. The process from start to finish was fun, interactive, and provided the results we couldn't have even dreamed of. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Flippa Interiors for our next project.

We engaged with Philippa to redesign our living room space. Having recently bought a new build home we were lost with what to do with the space given it was a blank canvas. Both Philippa & Hannah helped us understand our individual style influences, designed the room to meet both our needs and provided all the furniture/decorative options. They created a room that both of us are extremely happy with and we'll be really proud of. We would highly recommend Flippa Interiors to anyone.

We engaged Philippa earlier this year to help us design the lounge of our new build property. Phiippa took her time to get to know us and understand our preferences and budget. We have begun to create the space we envisaged but would not have had the confidence without Philippa's expertise. I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Flippa Interiors. The project was my first property investment, and from an interior design perspective, I was entirely out of my depth.
Philippa's knowledge, experience, and exceptional judgment regarding flow and aesthetics solved all my problems. Her advice is always good!
The result is a beautifully themed and furnished six-bed property, perfectly matching my initial brief and intended market segment.
Not only has the project succeeded, but I have learnt a vast amount from the experience.
The house now commands premium rates whilst leaving my tenants feeling proud of where they live.

We asked the Flippa team to solve our problem - a dark and lifeless living space in a relatively new built house. While demand on Philippa's time meant we had a little wait, it was well worth it. Philippa worked with us to create a space that is homely, reflective of our interests and tastes and much more spacious. Highly recommended.

We engaged with Philippa at the concept stage of revamping the ground floor of our home. Her ideas were good and innovative and she got involved with the kitchen suppliers and the builders to make sure that everyone was co-ordinated. The result looks fantastic, and we are very happy. Those that have seen it have said that it has the "wow" factor. And certainly, that's what we think too. We couldn't be happier.

We used Flippa Interiors to help us with the design and decoration of a house we had just purchased. We cannot recommend them too highly. Many original ideas but incorporating our own preferences. Philippa listens which we found so important, therefore nothing precious about ideas which she puts forward, we as the customer, were in charge of the process. She also knows how to work to a budget, without loosing the essence of great design and colour co-ordinations. She is very responsive and put us in touch with great tradesmen. As we were new to the area this was an enormous help. It was important in getting priority to get the job done. Everyone who visits the house comments on its transformation. A large but very successful project. We were put in touch with her through our daughter who used her on a small kitchen project. Great commitment, availability and fun to work with.

I approached Philippa to help me improve my workspace: a log cabin at my home address where I meet with clients. In her work with me I was struck by how thoroughly she delved into my personality, preferences, and how I use the space - and also by how closely she listened to my responses. The process was thoroughly enjoyable, and the the outcomes an absolute success; I now have a place of work that is stylish, practical, and which authentically represents who I am. The space has been transformed in both look and feel, and the change has had a positive impact on both myself and my clients. I have already recommended Flippa Interiors to colleagues and friends, and begun working with them again on my kitchen-diner project.

We had a consultation with Philippa and we found it to be so useful! What we really enjoyed was the fact that Philippa truly understood what we liked and was able to give us great advice on what would look great. Before the consultation we had an idea of what we wanted but no clue on how and where to source the material but then thanks to Philippa, we were able to narrow down all the options and finally make some decisions and finalise our vision. We would definitely recommend anyone to use Flippa Interiors!

Many thanks for the consultancy session, Philippa; I feel that following our couple of hours in-depth discussion I can now see a path for getting to much more manageable, liveable set of indoor spaces throughout the house! Before I was just in a muddle and a fog. I will certainly recommend you, and the service you give, to anyone at my end who might be interested, it was a really good targeted spend of the money. (By the way I also really appreciate the fact you are so clear about your services and price structure on the website itself!)
I am sure we may want to come back to you another service at a future point but for now I think we are well set on a path.

Philippa did a fantastic job helping us design our new kitchen/living space. As we were in the midst of an extension, the new space had to be very much “imagined”, which Philippa did with ease. The 3D visuals were immensely helpful, and she understood and took on board my rather unconventional requirements for colours.
The finished room looks amazing - the paint colours she suggested look fabulous, the different “zones” flow and work really well. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Flippa Interiors and hope to use them again in the future!

I were so pleased that you felt that by adding the modern paneling, warmer paint colours, classic wallpapers and LVT wood effect flooring made the house more like a home.
We picked Philippa’s design consultation which was perfect for us as we needed design guidance for several rooms including lighting, curtains and furniture.

Philippa provided an amazing service and creative input for our project. We engaged Philippa to help with the interior design of our new family home, including colour palettes, decorating, curtains and furnishings for living rooms and bedrooms. We had some ideas around the design, and Philippa captured our vision perfectly, whilst making sure we made good practical decisions and avoided costly mistakes. The 3D layout and mood boards provided by Philippa allowed us to really see what our rooms would look like before committing to final decisions. We have saved a huge amount of time by using Philippa’s expertise, including sourcing decorators and coordinating buying the recommended furniture. Philippa’s help has made our move extra special and we are very happy with the end results. We will not hesitate to engage with Philippa again for any future projects!

We chose Flippa Interiors based on reviews and photos--and we were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work done! We needed to renovate and decorate our house in the UK, while we were in Canada during the lockdown of both countries. From the beginning, Philippa was attentive to our needs, took us through the whole process and kept us informed of all necessary changes. She helped us make the best choices based on design, style and availability--all of which were kept on budget.
We are thrilled with the results and the way the house looks. Even more so, we put our trust in Philippa through the whole process and we could not have been happier.

Philippa has been working with me on renovating my house. From my vague descriptions she has creating a fantastic redesign with hi-res renders, aerial visuals, plans and 360 views.
The work is outstanding a brought everything to life. I could not recommend highly enough.

We moved into our period house around six months ago and every room is in need of redecoration. Philippa has made this daunting task seem very exciting. She spent hours measuring the dimensions and recording all the quirks in our house and has produced very impressive 3D plans. The plans allow the house to 'flow', whilst giving us storage in places we didn't think viable. Philippa has really listened to what we need as a young family and has given us lots of ideas about quality purchases at reasonable prices that will be childproof! We are very excited to be thinking about the colour schemes and decor specifics in the next phase of the project. We cannot recommend Flippa Interiors highly enough-fantastic!

Phillipa has given us many brilliant ideas on the layout of rooms and added rooms etc. We cannot thank Phillipa enough for showing what was possible by using 3D software to help us visualise what the house will look like.
Phillipa went above and beyond the scope of what we asked her to do and we can not recommend her enough. Phillipa is extremely thorough, quick and very easy to work with. We are now in love with the plans and are excited to work with Phillpa again on the interior design of the house.

After many months of deliberation we had reached an impasse as to the design layout of our kitchen/diner extension in our new house. I hadn’t considered an interior designer but after reading reviews I contacted Philippa to see if she could help. From our initial discussion, to home visit and virtual meeting (due to lockdown) her design skills and creativity enabled us to come up with some fantastic options that we can use to progress to the next stage. I would highly recommend her to anyone in a similar situation requiring an empathetic, creative and professional design service to help them unlock ideas and progress a home improvement project.

This was my first time working with an interior designer and I can't rate Flippa interiors highly enough. The service has been professional and meticulous from start to finish.
Phillipa brought passion and was bursting with ideas from the offset. The space in question is a holiday let in Oxford so the designs were catered to a tourist market with plenty of embellishments and references to the City. I live out of town so being able to have Flippa manage the entire project was particularly helpful which they did with zero hassle including coordinating the large volume of deliveries and tradesmen.
With their experience in hospitality sector they were able to kit out the place with everything guests and service staff require to operate an AirBNB which the management team were very happy about.
The results speak for themselves; we just had our first booking and was able to charge a higher rate. I hope to work with them again.

We had a virtual design consultation with Philippa and Sophie which was an interesting experience but we found it worked really well. We completed a questionnaire and send over some pictures, videos and inspiration ideas in advance which meant Philippa could do some research and we were able to spend the consultation productively. We will be using their services again in a few months when we want to more thoroughly design our new kitchen/diner layout.

Phillipa has recently helped us to create 3D visuals and a mood board for our proposed kitchen/diner extension and existing lounge area, we had a virtual session and it worked out perfectly. Due to the current lockdown our build is postponed but we wanted help to ensure the new space felt connected and needed help with this vision. This was my first experience at working with an interior designer, I am so pleased we reached out for support and guidance as we now have a wonderful visual representation of how our home could look.

This was a very professional service to help us decide how to improve our home. We talked through the ideas we wanted to incorporate in the re-design of our living room and the sort of furnishings and colours we had in mind. Phillipa produced a mood board and arranged samples of wall and floor coverings which will enable us to progress with the scheme once the world returns to normal after the current Corona virus situation.
We would not hesitate to use Phillipa again or recommend the service to others.

Philippa was simply amazing and helped us design the layout of not just our new extended lounge/kitchen areas but also the remaining rooms on the ground floor to ensure that the additional space blended in.

I have recently enjoyed a 2 hour Virtual Bijou consultation - Philippa really helped and guided me through all aspects, she was very good at listening and interpreting my ideas whilst also introducing me to new things I wouldn’t have thought of. I now have an action plan/blueprint for moving forwards. It was exceptionally easy to set up the ‘virtual’ consultation on line following the links sent even on an iPhone. The visuals were clear and I was able to chat through my ideas and see options on the screen. The questionnaire I was asked to complete prior to the meeting was really useful, setting up the Ideasbook in Houzz was really easy and useful. I was really impressed with the follow up report, mood board and suppliers’ specification and costing list received very swiftly bring together everything discussed. I am now very excited to start the project many many thanks

Philippa was an immense help to me! My initial ask was to offer advice on paint colours as the entire house was in need of redecoration. I had painted 1 room 3 times and was still unhappy with the result.
Philippa ended up giving me lots of helpful tips and got me to think about colour, finishes, soft furnishings etc. The time was completely invaluable; I now have a clear idea of how each room will look and I can’t wait to get started.
Very professional, patient and easy to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending Philippa and her team.

Philippa has just completed a second interior design and fit project for me. The project was completed on time and in budget. As with the first project, Philippa listened to my requests and translated it into a bold and beautiful apartment. There are stunning wallpapers and lighting. Much bolder than I would have thought to use. Great use of colour. An amazing bespoke bookcase with hidden doors to a storage area. The bedrooms are wonderful with stunning colours, curtains and materials. As I was away on business, Philippa was given complete freedom and control and I completely trust her decision-making.

I contacted Flippa Interiors for a interior design consultation to give me ideas for my kitchen. I was so pleased with the results of the the consultation that I’ve now hired her to quote to replace the old kitchen.

We're currently working with Philippa and, like it is for many, this is our first experience of working with an interior designer. We're some way into the project and we're already glad we're doing this as we've seen our first set of "visualisations" which all the difference in terms of our ability to really understand just how great her ideas would look in our house! .
Whilst we're not finished yet, we're already enjoying the process.

This was my first time ever using the services of an interior designer. I need not of been worried, Philippa and her team were excellent. They made the process stress free, incorporated my own ideas and completed the project to time.
I wanted to update my rented cottage with a warm and cozy feel and the brief was carried out perfectly. I am looking forward now to completing the upstairs and will have no hesitation in using Flippa Interiors again.

Working with Philippa and her team was the single best decision I made when embarking on my Guildford HMO project. The process was easy and the end result truly excellent. Excellent not only in terms of a well designed and fantastic looking house - but excellent in terms of achieving more than 20% above comparable local rents. This is undoubtedly due to the superior interior design - the time and cost spent achieving this has proved to be a very worthwhile investment. We contacted Flippa Interiors to come round and give us some advice on a kitchen/extension project we were about to start.
Philippa was very friendly and the turnaround of drawings, ideas and responses to questions was very quick.
The advice she gave lead to us changing our initial thoughts on a layout but we are glad that we did as Philippa's plan works far better.
For the service we asked for, just advice and some drawings, we found that this was excellent value.
Would definitely recommend.

From the initial introduction, to the initial sit down meeting, to the design concept and mood board stage, to the amazing timing between the buildings works being finished and delivery and installation process from Flippa interiors, I couldn't be more happy. Why try and do something yourself when someone else can do it much better. Flippa interiors made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful service. This lovely lady provided a fantastic, all round, professional service. I used Flippa Interiors for a full interior design of a 2 bedroom property. The service included accurate plans of the property being taken, every detail was included. Full colour mood boards and floor plans were provided on A3 quality paper. Philippa also spent a lot of time sourcing all the furniture, wallpaper, paint, fixtures and fitting for the property. This was all included in the price that was quoted (I know that the service they provide can also include all these items being purchased and placed in the property for you). I was incredibly happy and impressed by the service. Philippa has a wonderful style and design skill, she is very knowledgeable about all areas and found me some amazing items for my property. She also came up with a great overall theme for the property that worked extremely well and was clear in her overall vision. Every detail was included.
I would very happily recommend this company if you are looking for a competent and helpful interior designer. I have included some photos from my property.

We used Flippa Interiors to help design, decorate and install all items including furniture for our 5 bed HMO in Reading and found everything to be excellent from them.
Very hands on, great ideas on colourways and durability of items which we wouldn't have thought about. All the little touches as well as the obvious ones were thought about throughout the house.
They take budget in account and stick to it whilst still offering options throughout.
Would I recommend Flippa? Yes indeed.

Re-designing the internal footprint of this house really helped to make the transition from family home to commercial HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) seamless, and it was great working with such open-minded clients. We were able to bring real personality to your rented space! We're glad it's all rented out and returning a profit on your investment.
I have greatly enjoyed working with Phillipa over a couple of projects this past year. Phillipa was vibrant warm and enthusiastic all the while being professional and helpful. She incorporated several small design ideas in our projects that helped make them individual and quirky all the while staying within the right timeframe and budget. I have used Flippa on three occasions and been delighted every time. They combine professionalism, creativity and great communication in a happy mix. They hit the deadlines, they suggested interesting solutions and kept up a transparent flow of information and communication throughout the projects.
