I was really impressed with not only Janet, but everyone in her office. The interactions with Janet and her team always made me feel like they were giving me their entire attention, and we were able to quickly build a rapport that I think is important for such a personal matter. We are just finishing up construction of our home designed by Janet and her team. It is everything we dreamed of and more. I told her what we wanted and its like she and her team pulled the idea out of my mind and put it on paper. It is exactly what I envisioned. She was very budget conscious as well. The design of her homes are unlike any I have seen. You can look at a Hobbs' Ink home design and know it is a Hobbs' ink design. Their attention to detail is second to none. I doubt I will ever sell this home, but if I do, Hobbs' Ink will be doing my next one. I highly encourage anyone wanting to build (any size home), give them a call and get your actual "dream home".

We hired Janet to design our new Home and she did an outstanding job. She listened to what we wanted and even incorporated some challenging design elements. She helped us to come up with a plan that was different than what a lot of others were doing and something we consistently receive compliments on. As a Designer, she is very skilled and easy to work with. It was obvious when we looked at the first draft, that she was right on target and had included what we had asked for. Her final design incorporated all of the electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior elevations. The details of her plan even included cabinetry, which further simplified the process with that vendor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in designing their own Home.

Janet did a wonderful job of taking our general ideas about what we wanted in a home and turning them into a detailed set of plans. Her ability to ask just the right questions, coupled with her attention to detail, made all the difference in the world. When we saw the first draft of the plans, we knew we were going to love our home. Now that we’re living in it, we are even more impressed with how well designed it is. The lot that we purchased had some challenging characteristics. Janet did a great job of integrating the design of the home with the features of the lot.

コメント：what type of stone ?Our firm did not actually select the stone. I believe, however, it is Leuders Limestone quarried in Texas. But, if you go to the page for Travis Creek Builders who built this house, they will know.
