In this Tschida Construction project we did not one, but TWO two-story additions. The other phase was the butler's pantry, laundry room, mudroom, and massive storage closet. This second addition off of the previous kitchen double the kitchen's footprint, added an extremely large dining area, and a new deck that has an awesome indoor/outdoor window connection. Another cool feature is the double dishwashers anchored by a beautiful farmhouse ceramic sink. A under cabinet beverage fridge, huge windows overlooking the wetlands, and statement backsplash also make this space functional and unique. We also continued the lvp throughout the main level, refinished their fireplace built in wall and got all new furnishings. Talk about a transformation!

These clients needed a larger kitchen for their bustling family. We removed the wall separating the original kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was redesigned using all the new combined space. Casement picture windows were installed to the left and right of the new stainless chimney vent hood letting the natural light and beauty of the property shine in. A glass French door was installed between the new kitchen space and the front formal living room. Uptown chic ( Jazz Singer ) luxury vinyl floating floors were installed. New vinyl flooring looks just like real wood but is waterproof and holds up to a lot more abuse than real wood as well as being maintenance free and easy to clean. The cabinetry was designed using Fabuwood Cabinetry in the Galaxy Frost door style. Paired with the white subway tile backsplash and hood wall; this kitchen really looks bright and clean. By adding a boarder and using the same tiles as the backsplash just set in a different direction added some simple pop to the hood area tile feature. Black pearl granite countertops with a leathered finish top the perimeter cabinetry and MSI Calacatta Verona quartz looks awesome on the island cabinetry. Glass cabinetry doors, floating shelves, and all the other little accents really add to the final design of this space. Now this kitchen has the functionality, storage, and space this family needed and a great new look.

Pendant lights were specified to hang above the new kitchen island and provide ample lighting for meal preparations and entertaining guests. This kitchen was made to produce a warm and welcoming feel.

The house on Blueberry Hill features Starmark's inset cabinets in White with a Blueberry island and Walnut floating shelves. We used Cambria's Britannica quartz counters, Berenson Hardware's Swagger pulls in modern brushed gold, and Sensio cabinet lighting.

This client needed a place to entertain by the pool. They had already done their “inside” kitchen with Bilotta and so returned to design their outdoor space. All summer they spend a lot of time in their backyard entertaining guests, day and night. But before they had their fully designed outdoor space, whoever was in charge of grilling would feel isolated from everyone else. They needed one cohesive space to prep, mingle, eat and drink, alongside their pool. They did not skimp on a thing – they wanted all the bells and whistles: a big Wolf grill, plenty of weather resistant countertop space for dining (Lapitec - Grigio Cemento, by Eastern Stone), an awning (Durasol Pinnacle II by Gregory Sahagain & Sons, Inc.) that would also keep bright light out of the family room, lights, and an indoor space where they could escape the bugs if needed and even watch TV. The client was thrilled with the outcome - their complete vision for an ideal outdoor entertaining space came to life. Cabinetry is Lynx Professional Storage Line. A bright open kitchen/family room floor plan was achieved by eliminating the wall between the rooms to create a larger space conducive to entertaining and accommodating the busy life of a family with 3 boys and a dog. Vinyl floors look elegant and are family-friendly.

Great Northern Cabinetry was used throughout this entire project. Perimeter door style is "Woodbridge", color "Crushed Ice." Island is door style "Windsor - 3" color "Truffle." The counter top is Metroquartz, color Bianco Marina while the backsplash is Glazzio, Colonial Series, Mosaid "Bay Colony." Flooring through out is Evoke Joe Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) used for its durability. The refrigerator is hidden behind matching cabinetry panels. This space is open to the dining/family/great room.
