DOWNLOAD NOW   Our clients came in after thinking a long time about what to do with their kitchen – new cabinets or paint them, white kitchen or wood, custom or is semi-custom? All good questions to ask! They were committed to making this home for a while, they decided to do a full remodel. The kitchen was not living up to its potential both visually and functionally. The dark cabinets and countertop made the room feel dull. And the major drawback, a large corner pantry that was eating into the room, make it appear smaller than it was. We started by ditching the corner pantry. It created a perfectly centered spot for the new professional range and made room for a much larger island that now houses a beverage center, microwave drawer, seating for three and tons of storage. The multi-generational family does a ton of cooking, so this kitchen gets used! We spent lots of time fine tuning the storage devices and planning where critical items would be stored. This included the new pantry area across from the refrigerator that houses small appliances and food staples. The renovated kitchen features a new open floor plan, custom made shaker cabinets, Vadara Bianco Molasa quartz countertops and blacksplash, professional wolf appliances, a stainless steel farmhouse sink and Jeffrey Alexander Royce pulls in brushed pewter. The upper cabinets include glass doors and LED under lights with extra storage space for fine glasses and china.

An outdated oak kitchen with panorama views was in desperate need of a remodel for this working family of 5. An inspiration picture with mirrored panels was the take off point for this sophisticated mirror and curved mullion cabinet design. The fridge and freezer are a focal point hidden behind beautiful wood panels and flanked by 5' tall mirrored pantries. Additional storage sets on the counter and acts as the focal point upon entry from the front of the house. New French doors open up where a window once resided, and new windows over the sink reach down to the countertop. A flushmount ceiling hood for the island cooktop disappears into a floating soffit paneled in matching wood. Pendants drip down to anchor the space. A large 66" x 120" island provides ample prep and entertaining space. The bar provides additional entertaining space, which the family does often, hosting up to 100 guests at a time. A cantina door was added at the end of the room, opening up the living and dining space out to the pool deck. Brushed brass faucets, fixtures, and accents add polish and sparkle.

Beautifully transformed kitchen adding seating space and expansive island. Tucked into the island is a wine refrigerator and plenty of storage. Floor to ceiling walnut custom cabinetry with sleek, modern appliances. One of the striking things is the glass tile from the counter top all the way to the ceiling. It was an amazing transformation that made this kitchen space so much more usable.
