Au cœur de la place du Pin à Nice, cet appartement autrefois sombre et délabré a été métamorphosé pour faire entrer la lumière naturelle. Nous avons souhaité créer une architecture à la fois épurée, intimiste et chaleureuse. Face à son état de décrépitude, une rénovation en profondeur s’imposait, englobant la refonte complète du plancher et des travaux de réfection structurale de grande envergure. L’une des transformations fortes a été la dépose de la cloison qui séparait autrefois le salon de l’ancienne chambre, afin de créer un double séjour. D’un côté une cuisine en bois au design minimaliste s’associe harmonieusement à une banquette cintrée, qui elle, vient englober une partie de la table à manger, en référence à la restauration. De l’autre côté, l’espace salon a été peint dans un blanc chaud, créant une atmosphère pure et une simplicité dépouillée. L’ensemble de ce double séjour est orné de corniches et une cimaise partiellement cintrée encadre un miroir, faisant de cet espace le cœur de l’appartement. L’entrée, cloisonnée par de la menuiserie, se détache visuellement du double séjour. Dans l’ancien cellier, une salle de douche a été conçue, avec des matériaux naturels et intemporels. Dans les deux chambres, l’ambiance est apaisante avec ses lignes droites, la menuiserie en chêne et les rideaux sortants du plafond agrandissent visuellement l’espace, renforçant la sensation d’ouverture et le côté épuré.

Our clients bought this house and we remodeled the kitchen in white with honed fantasy brown marble counters. We installed a new custom coat closet in place of the previous wet bar, a new custom desk with a waterfall walnut top to compliment the fantasy brown marble, matching shelves in the kitchen and over the desk.

This kitchen features a 10 1/2 foot by 5 foot island with LG Viatera Everest Quartz and white maple cabinets. The homeowner easily fit a triple-bowl sink in her island to help her dishwashing. One of her favorite parts of the kitchen is the tile detail above the cooktop!

Gorgeous Tedd Wood cabinetry in the Stockton Door Maple White painted perimeter. Cherry wood Hood, Island, and Wet bar in "Morning Mist" stained finish. Counter tops were "Taj Mahal" Quartzite, and tile is Stellar Trestle in Hidden Cove. This kitchen is the 1st place winner of Tedd Wood's national "Picture Perfect" design contests transitional catagory, designed by Jennifer Jacob of Builders General Supply, Toms River, NJ.

This light and bright kitchen has layers of texture and timeless appeal. Beautiful handmade zellige tile runs up to the ceiling to elongate the verticality of the space. The panel ready fridge is paneled in rift cut white oak and finished with a light rubio monocoat finish. Custom arched white oak doors add an elegant entryway into a custom pantry area that is suited for a queen.

Boulder kitchen remodel for a family with differing tastes. He prefers craftsman, she prefers contemporary and mid century. They both love the result!

The large great room of this updated 1940's Custom Cape Ranch features a U-shaped kitchen with a large center island and white marble-patterned backsplash and countertops, a dining area, and a small living area. A large skylight above the island and large French windows bring plenty of light into the space, brightening the white recessed panel cabinets. The living/dining area of the great room features an original red brick fireplace with the original wainscot paneling that, along with other Traditional features were kept to balance the contemporary renovations resulting in a Transitional style throughout the home. The main floor of this house received a complete overhaul with the kitchen being relocated and opened up to the dining and living room while being able to enjoy the views of the Cedar River out back. White Shaker style cabinets are used with white quartz counters on perimeter and granite slab on island. A beautiful backsplash tile highlights the space counters. Appliances are white stainless by GE Cafe.

A newly developed beautiful Roslyn home features a large transitional kitchen. The space showcases a two-tone concept with a large dark wood island elegantly dancing with surrounding white cabinetry.
