Designer Tiffany Waugh incorporated IRG white marble with functional features to create a space suitable for contemporary living for her clients and their two young children. A custom bread bar (cleverly hidden behind an appliance garage near the oven) allows for an everyday one-stop breakfast area where the 5- and 7-year-olds can make their own toast in the morning.

Kowalske Kitchen & Bath remodeled this Delafield home in the Mulberry Grove neighborhood. The renovation included the kitchen, the fireplace tile and adding hardwood flooring to the entire first floor. Although the layout of the kitchen remained similar, we made smart changes to increase functionality. We removed the soffits to open the space and make room for taller cabinets to the ceiling. We reconfigured the appliances for extra prep space and added storage with rollouts and more drawers. The design is a classic, timeless look with white shaker cabinets, grey quartz counters and carrara marble subway tile backsplash. To give the space a trendy vibe, we used fun lighting, matte black fixtures and open shelving.

This kitchen and dining room renovation was designed to combine the previously separated rooms and further unify the spaces by adding an 18’ wide skylight shaft. The skylights bring in natural light and views that establish the kitchen as the new center of the home.

We loved updating this 1977 house giving our clients a more transitional kitchen, living room and powder bath. Our clients are very busy and didn’t want too many options. Our designers narrowed down their selections and gave them just enough options to choose from without being overwhelming. In the kitchen, we replaced the cabinetry without changing the locations of the walls, doors openings or windows. All finished were replaced with beautiful cabinets, counter tops, sink, back splash and faucet hardware. In the Master bathroom, we added all new finishes. There are two closets in the bathroom that did not change but everything else did. We.added pocket doors to the bedroom, where there were no doors before. Our clients wanted taller 36” height cabinets and a seated makeup vanity, so we were able to accommodate those requests without any problems. We added new lighting, mirrors, counter top and all new plumbing fixtures in addition to removing the soffits over the vanities and the shower, really opening up the space and giving it a new modern look. They had also been living with the cold and hot water reversed in the shower, so we also fixed that for them! In their living room, they wanted to update the dark paneling, remove the large stone from the curved fireplace wall and they wanted a new mantel. We flattened the wall, added a TV niche above fireplace and moved the cable connections, so they have exactly what they wanted. We left the wood paneling on the walls but painted them a light color to brighten up the room. There was a small wet bar between the living room and their family room. They liked the bar area but didn’t feel that they needed the sink, so we removed and capped the water lines and gave the bar an updated look by adding new counter tops and shelving. They had some previous water damage to their floors, so the wood flooring was replaced throughout the den and all connecting areas, making the transition from one room to the other completely seamless. In the end, the clients love their new space and are able to really enjoy their updated home and now plan stay there for a little longer! A huge deli style bespoke shelving unit with solid Ash ladder and integrated rail design marks the entrance to the kitchen wrapping around some beautiful reeded glass wall units and our freestanding kitchen units. Features included bespoke veg bin, occasional table and a huge bespoke larder unit with spice racks

This customer wanted to completely update the kitchen making it more modern, in preparation for possibly selling it in the next few years. The design, which included two-tone base and upper cabinets, Cambria SummerHill Quartz, chrome cabinet hardware, arabesque marble backsplash tile, and undercabinet lighting made the final product simply stellar!

In this kitchen, Waypoint Maple Painted Harbor cabinetry in 650F door was installed with Top Knobs 5-1/16” Square bar pull cabinet hardware. The Countertop is Eternia Quartz Davison color and the backsplash is 2” x 4” Marble mosaic tile . A Blanco stellar undermount equal double bowl sink in 18 gauge stainless steel, Moen Arbor single handle high arc pulldown faucet in spot resist Stainless were installed. American LED Lighting and recessed lighting.
