Kowalske Kitchen & Bath

After our first experience with the Kowalske Kitchen & Bath team for a kitchen remodel project in our last home, we knew that we would turn to them for the kitchen remodel project in our condo. Just as in our first kitchen remodel project, our expectations were exceeded in this kitchen remodel project! We have recommended them to friends who are looking for innovative, beautiful, high quality design and workmanship in a remodeling project. The Kowalske team takes great pride in all aspects of their work and in their relationships with their clients. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and highly responsive - consistently! There is no question that when we chose Kowalske Kitchen & Bath, we chose the best.

Kowalske K&B has done two renovation projects at my residence, a complete kitchen remodel and most recently, a laundry room and bathroom remodel. My home is "unique" and presented many challenges. The lead designer I worked with was amazing. She very quickly got a sense of my style and wishes and I was blown away by the design ideas presented to me. the kitchen is not a large space and I was very pleased by the way they were able to use every square inch to create something functional. I am very happy with the workmanship and final result of both projects. I appreciated the way that the timeline was explained to me before the projects began as well as the frequent communication throughout the projects. The online software (Buildertrend) was very easy to use, was consistently updated, and allowed me to view updates to the schedule, keep track of billing & payments, and to communicate with members of the team. I have a few additional projects in mind and will most likely use Kowalske K&B.

We just completed our third project with Kowalske Kitchen and Bath. After remodeling our open-concept kitchen, then the full guest bathroom; they are now completing our master bathroom. They have done a phenomenal job with each room. We can’t say enough about the design choices and the workmanship. So happy we chose Kowalske for our bath remodel! Beautiful craftsmanship and a great process. Their not-so secret power seems to be integrity — as in do what you promised, and do it right. They were organized, on time, had managers constantly stopping in to check work quality, and took great care of our home (they even put the dumpster on risers to protect our lawn. Look around, you won’t see that very often). Snags come up on most remodeling projects, and when we hit a few they handled matters quickly and without pushback — never asking us to compromise, even on a minor aesthetic issue that came up. So refreshing to work with a company operating at this level that we’re already planning a kitchen remodel with them.

We loved working with the Kowalske team. We've owned 5 homes, lived in 3 cities, remodeled and added on to our homes. Your team was the best we've ever had! Our Designer was excellent, smart, patient, and intuitive to a homeowners needs. Our Project Manager was always available and the Buildertrend schedule was very helpful. We know there are a lot of people behind the scenes as well, accounting, ordering, etc. A shout out to your demo crew and carpenters as well. We know how much dirt remodeling creates and your company did a great job at keeping our home clean during the project. We did a kitchen and bath remodel. From initial design to material and product selection to demolition and completion of the project we experienced the highest level of professionalism. The project was on time and there was consistent communication throughout the process. All staff and subcontractors were friendly and informative and were always willing to share information when we had questions. There have been so many comments and compliments on the custom cabinetry and we are pleased to tell everyone that they are made right here in Milwaukee. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Kowalske Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering a remodel project.

Had them finish our basement, and very pleased with the work they did. They came up with a great design. When issues came up in the project we were able to work together and resolve. Very easy and fair to work with and stayed on time for the total project. If/when we have another project I plan to use them again.

Our Kowalske Kitchen & Bath basement remodel exceeded all expectations! After listening to our needs for the space, Matt and his team created a thoughtful and functional basement retreat that includes a reading nook for the kids, a recessed TV wall and a beautiful full bathroom. The planning process was streamlined, budgets were accurate and the timeline was spot-on. Byron and Eric started on the day they said they would, finished the project on time and cleaned up every single day. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the entire team was a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn’t have asked for more and definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel!

I cannot say enough about their attention to detail, communication, punctuality, and professionalism. Every single crew member was respectful, non-smoking, and didn't swear in front of our kids. The Kowalske Kitchen & Bath Team are Creative, Professional, Responsive to the Customer Needs provided by quality personnel. We asked The Kowalske Team to help us update our home's Kitchen/Walk-in Pantry, Wet Bar, Laundry Room, Master Bedroom & Master Bath, plus several other smaller projects. The Kowalske Team did not disappoint us. After we came up with a mutual plan, The Kowalske Team followed thru with a dependable schedule that Kowalske followed. Its been about a year since Kowalske finished our kitchen and bathroom remodels. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience! Our kitchen space really need to be "reinvented" and we had started working with "the other guys" but they really struggled to give us ideas that we liked. I am not an interior designer so I really wanted to lean on someone that really knew how to fix our space for years to come! To add onto that problem we also needed a contractor that was willing to work with our house that is a timber frame from 1851! "level" and "90 degrees" are just not possible! I also wanted to be sure only sustainable materials that would protect the beams from trapped moisture and rot. "The other guys" insisted on using cheap products and foam! I am so glad that I found Christina at Kowalske. Not only was she was able to turn our kitchen into a master piece of cooking and durability but they used all my specified materials and were able to expose our wood beam ceiling in our budget! They were even able to "level" the floor so that the drastic dips are not noticeable! She helped us pick out all the materials and we loved all of her suggestions. It took so much stress out of the project to trust her instincts! I still love every detail and it has stood up to a now 2 year old and 7 month old!
