This Bespoke kitchen has an L-shaped run of cabinets wrapped in Stainless Steel. The cabinets have a mirrored plinth with feet, giving the illusion of free standing furniture. The worktop is Calacatta Medici Marble with a back panel and floating shelf. A Gaggenau gas hob it set into the marble worktop and has a matching Gaggenau oven below it. An under-mount sink with a brushed brass tap also sits in the worktop. A Glazed shaker dresser sits on one wall with a ladder hanging to one side. This beautiful kitchen was designed by Cathy from our Nashua showroom. This transitional Showplace kitchen is in a newly constructed ADA home, designed specifically around the homeowners’ needs and disability. The kitchen design features a versatile, flat-panel door style with a medium matte finish and quartz countertops. The dual height island and special sink/stove aprons allow for a wheelchair to slide underneath with ease, which gives all members of the family a chance to participate in meal prep and socialization within the kitchen. Another special ADA feature is a special wall oven that opens side to side instead of up and down, allowing easier access for anyone in a wheelchair. Other special features include decorative glass doors, plate organizer drawer, crown molding that fades into the wall, and a wood hood. An absolutely beautiful home with all the features needed to assist the homeowner with everyday life. The kitchen, featuring a countertop height wood burning fireplace, is a study in materiality. Stainless steel cabinets flank the range, while the integrated hood is completely wrapped in plaster. A waterfall marble counter drapes over the cooking space, and slab-front oak cabinets by Capitol Custom Cabinetry & Finishing complete the space.

The homeowner's had a small, non functional kitchen. With their desire to think outside of the box we were able to knock down a structural wall between the kitchen and dining room to give them a large island and a more functional kitchen. To keep costs down we left the sink in the existing location under the window. We provided them with a large pantry cabinet to replace their closet. In the dining room area we flanked the window with a window seat and a storage space for them to put shoes when coming in from the garage. This more open concept kitchen provides the homeowner's with a great entertaining space for their large family gatherings. Mike Kaskel

Light pours into this kitchen via a bespoke feature roof lantern. A mix of high level light wood kitchen cupboards with natural wood low level kitchen cupboards creates a nice contrast against a light and bright room.
