This small dining room blends traditional details with updated modern touches to create and eclectic space. The bold pop of orange adds a dynamic contrast to the neutral cream, white and brown color palette. Open back dining chairs produce a light and airy look. Colorful, modern art adds exciting flair.

Instead of traditional solid timber door linking the existing dining room to the modern addtion, we designed these beautiful black steel frame glass doors to link the two areas - between old and new. Also with the added benefit of letting in more light to the existing dining room and giving a view to the garden beyond.

Une maison au charme ancien - Projet Chantilly Pour ce projet nous avons remis au goût des propriétaires cette maison ancienne de 150 m2 tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien. Au rez-de-chaussée la couleur Eucalyptus habille la grande Bibliothèque réalisée sur mesure ainsi que les boiseries de l'entrée et du séjour. La nouvelle cuisine arbore un look bicolore et accueille un coin repas. La pièce est baignée de lumière avec sa grande fenêtre et sa nouvelle porte en verre qui donne sur la terrasse. À l'étage les salles de bains sous pente ont été optimisées pour être fonctionnelles et esthétiques. Résultat : une maison chaleureuse et fonctionnelle où il fait bon vivre !

Grass cloth wallpaper between the upper cabinets provides a textural backdrop for the original water color of Pebble Beach and glass orb wall sconces. The round glass is repeated in the chandelier. A nautical chart of the New Haven Harbor shows just where you are, and where you might want to go after dinner!

This transitional dining room is kept clean and simple. The dark mahogany chairs and table are extremely elegant, and when paired with the custom area rug and larger than life house plants, creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxed dinner with friends and family. Home located in Tampa, Florida. Designed by Florida-based interior design firm Crespo Design Group, who also serves Malibu, Tampa, New York City, the Caribbean, and other areas throughout the United States.

Joe and Denise purchased a large Tudor style home that never truly fit their needs. While interviewing contractors to replace the roof and stucco on their home, it prompted them to consider a complete remodel. With two young daughters and pets in the home, our clients were convinced they needed an open concept to entertain and enjoy family and friends together. The couple also desired a blend of traditional and contemporary styles with sophisticated finishes for the project. JRP embarked on a new floor plan design for both stories of the home. The top floor would include a complete rearrangement of the master suite allowing for separate vanities, spacious master shower, soaking tub, and bigger walk-in closet. On the main floor, walls separating the kitchen and formal dining room would come down. Steel beams and new SQFT was added to open the spaces up to one another. Central to the open-concept layout is a breathtaking great room with an expansive 6-panel bi-folding door creating a seamless view to the gorgeous hills. It became an entirely new space with structural changes, additional living space, and all-new finishes, inside and out to embody our clients’ dream home.
