The space is now vibrant and functional. The incorporation of simple and affordable white subway tile mounted vertically, creates a sense of "height" in the bathroom. The custom cabinetry was key. This custom vanity offers ample drawer and closed storage in the condo sized hall bathroom. Meanwhile, the custom linen cabinet, which is recessed into the wall, increases the storage options without losing any main floor space. Another perk...the bottom compartment of the linen cabinet houses the litterbox - a great feature for our client to conveniently hide it when entertaining guests. The goal of this bath was to create a spa-like feel. Opting for the dominant color of white accented by sage green contributed to the successful outcome. A 54” white vanity with double sinks topped with Carrera marble continued the monochromatic color scheme. The Eva collection of Moen brand fixtures in a brushed nickel finish were selected for the faucet, towel ring, paper holder, and towel bars. Double bands of glass mosaic tile and niche backing accented the 3x6 Brennero Carrera tile on the shower walls. A Moentrol valve faucet was installed in the shower in order to have force and flow balance.

Description: What once was an ugly duckling is now a beautiful swan. The old bathtub has been replaced with curbless shower which eliminates the trip over entrance. A new diffused glass vinyl clad window replaced the old wood sash window which was covered by a shower curtain, adding much needed natural light to the space. Bright white larger format subway tile is used to enlarge the visual space of the shower reflecting the light from the window. A boho inspired mosaic floor tile flows into the curbless shower expanding the feel of this small 36 square foot bath. A recessed medicine cabinet is placed in a wave patterned glass tile feature that runs from the counter top to the ceiling. For added ease of care, the vanity floats 10" above the floor with motion sensor lights for night time. The shower set features a angular shower column with multi function large format shower head and hand held shower both pressure and temperature controlled. Towels are kept at hand on a floating shelf above the commode.

This dated bathroom received a complete makeover. We reconfigured the space to make room for a new water closet and a generous walk in shower which is separated by a frosted glass partition. The freestanding tub and spa like finishes make this master bath inviting and relaxing.

Renovisions was contacted by a client who purchased a home from one of their former customers. Apparently, they loved the kitchen and bathroom projects completed by Renovisions and thought to seek no further when faced with a bathroom plumbing leak at the tub area in the bath that had not been remodeled. After water damaged the existing floor and leaked into the kitchen below, they found the need to undergo a complete full bath ‘Renovision’. The challenge was to complete the project before our client had her baby.                Assisting the client with the insurance claim was the first order of business, then onto the enjoyable process of selecting products based on an agreed upon design. A deeper soaking tub, ample vanity storage and brighter, low maintenance materials were top of mind. We tailored a design plan to fit our clients budget and what they found most appealing. A beautiful oak vanity with a dark stain looks stunning with the light Carrera-look countertop and wood-look plank-styled slip resistant flooring. The decorative chrome mirror and blue-green hue on the walls soften the overall look of the space and provides a spa-like feel. The deeper tub not only allows our client to bath her newborn with ease but also to relax and pamper herself after a long day of work. “Thank you for everything!
