Whole-house renovation to existing Indian Hill home. Prior to the renovation, the Scaninavian-modern interiors felt cold and cavernous. In order to make this home work for a family, we brought the spaces down to a more livable scale and used natural materials like wood and stone to make the home warm and welcoming.

An incredible English Estate with old world charm and unique architecture, A new home for our existing clients, their second project with us. We happily took on the challenge of transitioning the furniture from their current home into this more than double square foot beauty! Elegant arched doorways lead you from room to room.... We were in awe with the original detailing of the woodwork, exposed brick and wide planked ebony floors. Simple elegance and traditional elements drove the design. Quality textiles and finishes are used throughout out the home. Warm hues of reds, tans and browns are regal and stately. Luxury living for sure.

The foyer of this home features a chandelier from Baker furniture's collection by Jacques Garcia. The gleaming creme marfil marble floor is bordered with mosaics. The front door is solid mahogany and custom designed with The Looking Glass. Notice the heavy architectural hinges used on the french doors leading into the formal living room. This sprawling estate is an incredible sight see! Soaring coffered ceilings with gorgeous winding staircases set the stage for a grand entry. We took advantage of the classical elements of this home and built our design (at the request of our amazing clients) with a heavy nod to european traditional style. Decadent silk fabrics paired with amazingly rich wall treatments bring a luxurious feeling to every room. Heavily carved details are found on an eclectic mix of furnishings throughout the home. We incorporated some of the clients pieces from their years of collecting and traveling. Their favorite rolled arm sofa is given new life in the library once reupholstered in a cozy woven chenille. After completing the interior, it was time to get started on the grounds! We were so excited to design the exterior entertaining space which includes an outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas, pergola, bath and pool. One of our favorites for sure.
