DOWNLOAD NOW   This charming little attic bath was an infrequently used guest bath located on the 3rd floor right above the master bath that we were also remodeling. The beautiful original leaded glass windows open to a view of the park and small lake across the street. A vintage claw foot tub sat directly below the window. This is where the charm ended though as everything was sorely in need of updating. From the pieced-together wall cladding to the exposed electrical wiring and old galvanized plumbing, it was in definite need of a gut job. Plus the hardwood flooring leaked into the bathroom below which was priority one to fix. Once we gutted the space, we got to rebuilding the room. We wanted to keep the cottage-y charm, so we started with simple white herringbone marble tile on the floor and clad all the walls with soft white shiplap paneling. A new clawfoot tub/shower under the original window was added. Next, to allow for a larger vanity with more storage, we moved the toilet over and eliminated a mish mash of storage pieces. We discovered that with separate hot/cold supplies that were the only thing available for a claw foot tub with a shower kit, building codes require a pressure balance valve to prevent scalding, so we had to install a remote valve. We learn something new on every job! There is a view to the park across the street through the home’s original custom shuttered windows. Can’t you just smell the fresh air? We found a vintage dresser and had it lacquered in high gloss black and converted it into a vanity. The clawfoot tub was also painted black. Brass lighting, plumbing and hardware details add warmth to the room, which feels right at home in the attic of this traditional home. We love how the combination of traditional and charming come together in this sweet attic guest bath. Truly a room with a view! This 90s craftsman home's master bathroom was in need of a facelift. The goal: to incorporate modern elements and expand the storage while keeping the existing layout and beautiful stone tile floors. When keeping existing tile, our designers take great care to match with complementing colors and patterns, which you see achieved here with neutral colors that match the floor's earth tone. The vanity was redone with custom cabinetry for extra storage and reduced countertop clutter. The matte black fixtures contrast sharply with the white marbled countertop for that bold modern touch. The "round the corner" shower nook was the perfect setup for converting to a walk-in shower with way more space to move around and no doors to get in the way. And of course the Jacuzzi tub got a much needed update with brand new jet features and a heated towel rack for maximum coziness.

Our clients had a vision to turn this completely empty second story store front in downtown Beloit, WI into their home. The space now includes a bedroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, office, powder room, master bathroom and a solarium. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the home and quartz countertops were installed in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Brick walls were left exposed adding historical charm to this beautiful home and a solarium provides the perfect place to quietly sit and enjoy the views of the downtown below. Making this rehabilitation even more exciting, the Downtown Beloit Association presented our clients with two awards, Best Fascade Rehabilitation over $15,000 and Best Upper Floor Development! We couldn’t be more proud!

Guest bathroom / kids bathroom that was modernized a bit in style but still preserved some classical items so not to stray to far away from the houses original style. The floor is matte finish marble, same marble continues also on the pony wall and the shower dam. The shower is a walk-in shower since the space is limited and a door swinging will block the space. The vanity is made out of walnut and its completely custom made.

Built in the early 1900s, this brownstone’s 83-square-foot bathroom had seen better days. Upgrades like a furniture-style vanity and oil-rubbed bronze faucetry preserve its vintage feel while adding modern functionality.

Our client said she was surprised to find the third bathroom, her son’s, has turned out to be her favorite. Perhaps it’s the subtle but captivating herringbone tile pattern in the shower, the contrasting granite countertop, or the charcoal hex tile floor that makes it so appealing. Take a look at the latest home renovation that we had the pleasure of performing for a client in Trinity. This was a full master bathroom remodel, guest bathroom remodel, and a laundry room. The existing bathroom and laundry room were the typical early 2000’s era décor that you would expect in the area. The client came to us with a list of things that they wanted to accomplish in the various spaces. The master bathroom features new cabinetry with custom elements provided by Palm Harbor Cabinets. A free standing bathtub. New frameless glass shower. Custom tile that was provided by Pro Source Port Richey. New lighting and wainscoting finish off the look. In the master bathroom, we took the same steps and updated all of the tile, cabinetry, lighting, and trim as well. The laundry room was finished off with new cabinets, shelving, and custom tile work to give the space a dramatic feel.
