Luxurious finishes were introduced into this guest powder room, with the porcelain stone bench and feature wall becoming the true statement piece, along with beautiful brass accents in the tapware, hardware and arched mirror.

Introducing an exquisitely designed powder room project nestled in a luxurious residence on Riverside Drive, Manhattan, NY. This captivating space seamlessly blends traditional elegance with urban sophistication, reflecting the quintessential charm of the city that never sleeps. The focal point of this powder room is the enchanting floral green wallpaper that wraps around the walls, evoking a sense of timeless grace and serenity. The design pays homage to classic interior styles, infusing the room with warmth and character. A key feature of this space is the bespoke tiling, meticulously crafted to complement the overall design. The tiles showcase intricate patterns and textures, creating a harmonious interplay between traditional and contemporary aesthetics. New development, stunning panoramic and unobstructed views of the city and mountains. True craftsmanship and design are shown off by the massive windows throughout this open layout home featuring 5 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,080 square feet of luxurious living space. Upon entrance, bold double doors open you to the formal dining room, gourmet chef’s kitchen, atmospheric family room, and great room. Gourmet Kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, custom shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, and oversized center island with bar seating. Glass sliding doors unveil breathtaking views day and night. Stunning rear yard with pool, spa and a Captain's deck with 360 degrees of city lights. Master suite features large glass doors with access to a private deck overlooking those stunning views. Master bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and custom LED lighting. Additionally, this home features a separate suite w/full bathroom living room and 1 bedroom.

The powder room was completely reinvented. Due to the original space’s compact size, the room was kept as open and airy as possible. The custom vanity is clad in a Walker Zanger stenciled metallic stone tile. Kallista’s wall-mounted faucet and Kohler’s crystal vessel. The marble floor tile were hand painted. One-piece automated Kohler washlet.

We completely updated this two-bedroom condo in Midtown Altanta from outdated to current. We replaced the flooring, cabinetry, countertops, window treatments, and accessories all to exhibit a fresh, modern design while also adding in an innovative showpiece of grey metallic tile in the living room and master bath. This home showcases mostly cool greys but is given warmth through the add touches of burnt orange, navy, brass, and brown. Designed by interior design firm, VRA Interiors, who serve the entire Atlanta metropolitan area including Buckhead, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Cobb County, and North Fulton County.
