The outdoor pool area in Camlin Custom Homes Courageous Model Home at Redfish Cove is part of the outdoor courtyard, and cabana area. This private backyard retreat provides a great entertainment area for family and friends.

The contemporary pool spands the length of the house, allowing entrance from both the formal foyer, kitchen/family room and the master bedroom. Glass walls in all rooms allow a view to this spectacular patio and pool. Smart Film provides privacy for the master bedroom when desired.

We extended the pool deck out toward the lagoon, in order to gain more floor space around the pool. We created a number of new sitting and sunning areas. We provided spots that have shade, as well as designing a new covered pool pavilion with an outside bar and grill. The pavilion was designed to match elements of the main house. We wanted to retain the existing palm trees, so the new Timbertech decking was custom cut to allow the trees to grow. A pool changing area and shower were added along with the wire / cable rail system. This is a view of the new changing area and outdoor shower.

Nicholson Builders partnered with ShadeFX for a backyard renovation in Columbus, Ohio. The Nicholson team built a large pergola for the homeowner’s poolside lounge area and ShadeFX customized two manual 14′ x 10′ retractable canopies in Sunbrella Cocoa to fit the structure.

This 450 square foot lagoon-style pool was built by All Aqua Pools in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It features a grotto area where the owners and other users of the pool can get out of the sun and enjoy a little extra privacy even within their own backyard paradise. The pool features handmade rock work and artificial rock coping to create a natural environment. Stamped concrete decking and blue granite pebble sheen add to the illusion of a natural tropical swimming area.
